GENERAL CONTRACTING
Through our general contracting services, DCS is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the project and assumes full responsibility for all building related activities. Our team ensures all projects adhere to construction documents and schedules, while providing the most competitive prices for materials and qualified sub-contractors.
General contracting services are executed through a lump sum contract.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As construction managers, we serve as true collaborative partners and advocates on behalf of our clients’ interests. From selecting sub-contractors through to project close out, there is complete transparency throughout the entire process.
Construction management services are executed on an agreed cost plus/fee model.
DESIGN-BUILD
From conception to completion, DCS is responsible for all phases of the project through our design-build services. After identifying key project requirements and objectives, DCS will assemble a qualified team of architects, engineers and construction professionals to develop and execute the project efficiently and effectively.
